Persons with vata dosha has a tendency to rush hence the asanas like sitting poses, slow salutation of the sun, standing poses, inverted
poses, simple back bends, corpse poses are to be practiced which increases the calmness.
Persons with pitta dosha has an internal heat and blood that needs detoxification and hence asanas like moon salutation, forward bends with legs open, shoulder stand, fetal pose, bow pose, yoga mudra and corpse pose are recommended.
